25 dag of puff pastry
1,5 kg of apples
5 dl of whipping cream
3 egg yolks
2 pouches of vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons of home made jam
Roll out the dough to the thickness of a knife edge and put it in a greased baking tray. Cut the apples into thin slices and put them obliquely on the dough. Mix the whipping cream with the egg yolks and vanilla sugar and pour the mixture over the apples. Heat the oven to 185°C and bake for 40 minutes. Take the crostata out of the oven, spread it with jam and bake for another 10 minutes .
