Cuvée Morel

The wine has a very dark ruby red colour, it leaves long viscous streaks on a glass. Intense, complex bouquet, well balanced. A mixture of small red fruits and forest undergrowth aromas. The taste is rich, the fruitiness and the freshness persist in the mouth. Mineral notes and mild spiciness can be perceived. The finish is long and fresh; small grained tannins and its freshness offer high potentials to this wine. It's harmonious and it matches with complex red meat and game meat dishes as well as with ripe, moderately spicy cheese.
